Buddha said, “All that we are is a result of what we have thought.”
So think thoughts that feel good now.
What kind of thoughts feel good now?
“I can do it.”
“I am thriving.”
“This is a good life.”
Run a test.
Say one of those thoughts out loud.
How does it feel?
An easy way to know if a thought feels good
is to compare it to one that feels bad:
“I can’t do it.”
“My life is horrible.”
“I’m just the worst.”
Now flip it.
“I can’t do it” → “This is easy for me.”
“My life is horrible” → “My life is getting better and better because I’m focused on feeling good now.”
Even just that shift—without needing to leap to perfect bliss—can change your whole day.
Henry Ford said, “If you think you can, or you think you can’t… you’re right.”
If you think you can’t, you’ll never try.
If you think you can—you might try.
And then you’ll find out…
You are more powerful than you ever imagined.
Your thoughts are your mental diet.
Just like a clean, vibrant meal fuels your body,
clean, empowered thoughts nourish your spirit.
So choose thoughts that feel good now.
And remember:
You can do it.
You are thriving.
This is a good life.
Because you made the choice to feel good now.
Sending bright, happy thoughts your way.
Much love,
Jack
