Your energy is precious.
Spend it on feeling good now.
When you notice resistance in your body or mind, pause. Let go of whatever you were pushing through.
Nothing is so urgent that it’s worth sacrificing your good feeling to get it done.
It’s not that we can’t do difficult or demanding things—we can.
But our priority isn’t “getting things done.”
It’s feeling good now.
The other day, I received a YouTube comment from A-Ok-b3v:
“I was just doing homework while scrolling through shorts, but then when I saw this… I thought that this homework does not make me feel good, so I stopped now because of you! (Not in a bad way).”
That’s the moment when a concept becomes real.
Productivity stops meaning “how much I finished today” and starts meaning:
“I felt so good today that it doesn’t matter what I got done.”
And here’s the paradox—when you work this way, you often do get more done. The quality of your work rises. The quality of your life rises.
Since living by this, I’ve written the best books of my career. I’ve become the healthiest version of myself. I’ve deepened my relationships. I’ve earned more, lived in more abundance, and watched old fears dissolve without even trying.
And the world reflects it back:
“Your books changed my life.”
“Your videos got me through a hard time.”
“Your work showed up at exactly the right time.”
That harmony and timing can’t be forced. It happens because I stopped chasing finishing—and started honoring feeling.
So, when you meet resistance—stress, anxious thoughts, tension in the body—see it as a signal. Not to fight through, but to re-align.
We are beings mostly made of water. Learn from your element. Flow downhill, around and over obstacles. Find the path of least resistance—the path that feels as good as it can feel.
Do your homework… if it feels good now.
Much love,
Jack
