Feel good now.
Just try it.
Invest a single day in focusing your thoughts on feeling good now.
Not on “what’s wrong with the world.”
Not on “what’s missing.”
Not on “what’s bothering me.”
Focus instead on:
“I’m so grateful for…”
“Isn’t it wonderful that…”
“I’m so happy about…”
Feel good now.
Spend a few hours doing one thing after another that feels good now.
Between each moment, ask yourself:
“What would be the most fun, exciting thing to do right now?”
And then — actually let yourself do it.
Not, “What should I do?”
Not, “How can I keep disaster at bay?”
But,
“What genuinely interests me in this moment?”
“If I already had everything I needed, what would I do just because it feels good to do it?”
And it’s okay if the answer is… nothing.
Or lying on the couch watching a video.
Or dancing in the kitchen for no reason.
Or petting a cat.
Or hugging your partner.
Or hugging yourself.
Anything at all.
Feel good now.
Let these few hours be an experiment — a little game, a vacation to a parallel dimension.
A dimension where you remember:
How to think thoughts that feel good.
How to move your body in ways that feel good.
How to care for your heart and energy by feeding them what feels good.
Feel good now.
Feel good now.
Feel good now.
Worst-case scenario: you feel a little good, and then go back to your usual state.
Best-case: you stay in that parallel dimension forever.
Let’s take a vacation together — to the timeline where we remember how good life can feel.
See you there,
Jack
