Last night I woke up around 3am and couldn’t fall back asleep.
I was thinking about the future.
All the books I want to publish and share around the world…
All the millions of people I want to reach with bliss…
All the dreams I’m holding for the coming year…
The thoughts started spinning, and my mind picked up speed.
And in that sleepy, restless moment, I forgot…
Feel good now.
Until I remembered.
I put down my phone — where I had been typing out goals and plans —
and I decided:
I’m going to feel good now.
I relaxed into the bed and started thinking about all the beautiful things that have already manifested this year.
And as I did, I felt like a little Christmas elf, stacking up gifts I’d already received:
Traveling to countries all over Europe…
Meeting wonderful friends and making lifetime memories…
Spending countless hours with loved ones…
Living in multimillion-dollar homes…
Hosting my first virtual pilgrimage…
Publishing two books and writing three more…
Becoming a bestselling author…

Hosting both of my brothers for a birthday week in the south of France…
And beginning to share the Feel Good Now message with the world…
Feel good now.
So the next time you find yourself overthinking the future…
Feeling anxious…
Feeling stressed…
Pause.
Remember that right here and now is already full of gifts.
There are so many things that have already come to pass —
I promise, they’re there if you look for them.
Find them.
Focus on them.
And as you enter the energy of everything is well and there is so much to appreciate…
The mirror of the universe can’t help but reflect that back to you.
Feel good now.
After a few minutes of gratitude, I fell back asleep.
And I woke up to a bright, sunshiny morning.
