My great-uncle Tom survived three near death experiences in his life.
After that, he lived by a very simple set of guidelines.
He never sat down and told them to me, but his attitude and actions conveyed them perfectly.

- Appreciate every day.
He remembered that life is precious and we should do our best to cultivate a positive experience.
A life that feels good now.
Remembering to prioritize a positive, good-feeling life experience is important.
That’s why I made the Bliss Blueprint, to help you remember to feel good and make blissful living your baseline.
But it’s easy to forget. Even for me.
That’s why I’m following the suggestions of the Bliss Blueprint. 3x a day, I do a 5-10 minute meditation and read the scroll of the wish fulfilled to calibrate my mind and energy field to the frequency of my dream life.
I’ve started recording my meditations to share online, as a little diary for myself and encouragement for you.
