When we think about what feels bad, we generate more reasons to feel bad.
When we think about what feels good, we build mental habits of resilience and empowerment.
When we act on what feels bad, we train ourselves to move from fear and anxiety.
When we act on what feels good, we train ourselves to move from inspiration and excitement.
Fear protects.
Excitement expands.
So choose expansion.
Choose feeling good now.
Stay true to it, even when other thoughts, words, or actions tempt you.
