Feel good now.
Focus on the best case scenario.
Occasionally I hear people say, “Well, worst case scenario…”
And then they start describing the most catastrophic outcome they can imagine.
Supposedly this helps them feel less stressed?
Crazy.
Feel good now.
Let’s flip that pattern on its head. Anytime you’re imagining something that could happen, say:
“Well, best case scenario…”
And then start describing the best possible outcome you can imagine.
How good could it feel?
What magical coincidences could unfold?
What extra miracles would make the moment even better than you expect?
Feel good now.
Thinking about the worst possible outcome does nothing to prevent it. It just fills your mind and body with stress, anxiety and tension now…
Which of course tunes you into a timeline where you act like the worst case is happening —
even when it isn’t.
I’ve watched people live out an entire crisis in their head…
While everything around them was actually fine.
Why? Because they rehearsed the script already. The body follows the mind.
Feel good now.
Imagine the best possible outcome.
Let the timeline unfold.
Trust yourself with whatever comes.
You’ve handled every experience that’s ever happened to you — good or bad.
You’ll handle what’s next, too.
Feel good now.
And I’d really love to hear…
What’s the best possible thing you can imagine happening today?
