Feel good now.
Let’s play a little game.
The feel good now game.
I’ll tell you five things that felt good today.
Then you tell me five things that felt good for you.
At the end, we’ll part ways feeling a little lighter, a little brighter, a little more in tune with life.
Ready?
Feel good now.
- I felt good sitting on the covered balcony with my journal and a cup of decaf espresso, watching rain cascade down the hillside.
- I felt good realizing the downpour paused exactly long enough for me to get from the pool house to the main villa without getting soaked. A tiny gift from the rain gods.
- I felt good reading a Reddit thread where people shared their imagination-and-intuition success stories — dream realities popping into 3D. So fun.
- I felt good recording a 30-minute meditation for YouTube… and then feeling so inspired I rolled straight into another video about why feeling good now is 100x more powerful than planning to feel good “later.”
- I felt good remembering a photo my friend sent from New York City, showing my novel Lucian Lightbringer & the Chalice of Life tucked perfectly into his pocket on the subway. Wild to think my books are already out there — being read by friends and strangers in cities all over the world.
BONUS: As I was writing this, Belle walked over and handed me half a homemade fresh roll with peanut sauce. Breaking a fast with something made lovingly? Unreal levels of feel good now.
Feel good now.
Okay — your turn.
List five things that felt good today (or recently).
Write them in your notes, email them to me, or just list them in your mind.
And…
Go.
Thanks for playing,
Jack
