Feeling good now keeps us healthy.
For many reasons.
First—when we feel good, our body actually turns on its healthiest processes.
Stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline (which degrade the system over time) begin to down-regulate.
“Happy chemicals”—dopamine, serotonin, endorphins—get released.
Our nervous system shifts into repair mode.
Epigenetics kicks in.
Of the many possible genetic expressions encoded in our DNA, we begin to express the ones optimized for peace, safety, and regeneration.
The body senses it’s safe enough to heal and upgrade—rather than brace for a fight.
When we feel good, we flush toxins.
When we feel good, we accelerate healing.
When we feel good, we stop de-grading… and start up-grading.
And it doesn’t stop there.
When we prioritize feeling good, we start making better choices.
We naturally become aware of what doesn’t feel good.
We start to notice:
That food we used to reach for? It actually feels heavy now.
That long stretch of sitting? Our body’s asking to move.
That loop of negativity in our mind? It’s not helping anything.
So we shift.
We eat in ways that support us.
We move, stretch, play.
We choose better thoughts—not to fake positivity, but because it genuinely feels better.
We start asking:
“Body, what actually feels good to you?”
And for the first time… we listen.
We enter a harmonious, loving relationship with this body vessel we live in.
Because the body wants to feel good.
It wants to show us how to treat it well.
We’ve just been prioritizing other things.
But now we know:
Feeling good now is not just a vibe.
It’s a vitality switch.
It feels good to be healthy.
To live in a body that is happy and aligned.
It feels good to take care of ourselves—physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically.
It feels good.
And it’s good for us.
So remember:
Feel good now.
Start there.
Everything else upgrades on its own.
From one light-being in a monkey suit to another,
Jack
