Feel good now.
And remember — it can mean different things in different moments.
Energy moves in waves. What feels good in this moment might not be the same as what feels good in the next.
Yesterday, someone asked me:
“What do I do when I feel bad? I don’t want to repress my feelings… but I also don’t want to amplify them.”
The key?
Reach for whatever feels a little better.
Sometimes, when you’re low, the best feeling available is just relief.
Or a touch of peace.
Even frustration can feel better than despair.
Feel it.
Let it move through.
And then, keep reaching. From frustration to peace. From peace to a spark of hope. From hope to ease. From ease to joy.
Feel good now.
Whatever “good” means in this moment.
Like the North Star, it always guides you home.
No matter where you stand, it points the way to more peace, more ease, more bliss.
Moving north,
Jack
