This is the best advice that no one ever gave me:
Feel good now.
No class in school ever taught it.
No teacher or mentor ever took me aside and said: “If you can do this, you can create anything you want in life.”
Feel good now.
Plenty of people told me to work hard. But why did no one ever tell me to feel good?
Maybe because the systems they were preparing us for — school, jobs, society — aren’t served best by people who feel good. They’re served best by people who grind.
Or maybe — and this feels more true — they didn’t know how to feel good themselves.
Feel good now.
When I do, my writing flows with energy that changes lives.
When I do, my presence is medicine.
When I do, life becomes effortless, and fun.
It guides your body into healthy chemistry.
It opens your mind to clarity and inspired ideas.
It brings your heart into coherence.
It tunes your energy to the frequency of your dream life.
Feel good now.
No one may have taught you. But you can learn. And when you do, you can create anything else you want in life.
Much love,
Jack
