Magic is real.
Feel good now.
I remember reading a story from A Thousand and One Nights about an enchanted horse carved from ebony.
A magician brought it to the king’s court. Everyone was amazed when the horse lifted into the air and flew with the turn of a wooden peg.
(Of course, adventure follows when the prince hops on and—without knowing the controls—accidentally flies off to a faraway land.)
That story was dreamed up in the 13th or 14th century. Back then, a flying horse was pure miracle.
But now? Just a few hundred years later?
I could board an airplane today and fly thousands of miles in hours, crossing oceans that once took months.
I can sit here in the living room of a villa in Provence and write this email… and you can read it instantly on a device half a world away.
Magic.
We’re living in an era of science fiction come to life. Of the very miracles humanity used to dream about.
Feel good now.
Because the things we take for granted—airplanes, phones, the internet—are the exact kinds of “impossibilities” magicians and prophets talked about hundreds or thousands of years ago.
Feel good now.
Feel good now.
Feel good now.
Life is magic, when you choose to see it that way.
Waving my wand and climbing onto a flying horse,
Jack
