One of the first pieces of “news” I heard today was about a 27-year-old who was shot in the United States.
He had a family: a partner and several children.
And in his youth, I bet he assumed he had a lot more time.
But you never know. Now is all you’ve got for sure.
So if you woke up today, you got one more chance.
Use it wisely.
Feel good now.
Prioritize it.
Choose thoughts that feel good.
Move your body in a way that feels good.
Consume food, books, videos, conversations that feel good.
Keep observing your life and noticing what feels good now — as it evolves, and as you evolve.
Feel good now.
For me, that means writing stories and living a life full of imagination’s magic.
It means sharing this message with thousands of people around the world.
It means waking up and naming ten things I’m grateful for… and then ten more.
It means sipping a hot morning drink of lemon juice, salt, cinnamon, olive oil, and honey.
I know how to feel good now because I prioritized it. I practiced. I learned what works for me.
You can do the same.
Your whole life benefits when you do. And when you feel good, you give your best to the world.
Feel good now.
Is it that simple? Yes.
Does it deserve your time and effort? Absolutely.
Because feeling good now can turn your life into a masterpiece.
Start today. You don’t know how many mornings you’ll get.
Grateful you and I both woke up today,
Jack
