My brother says I’m an easy laugh.
He claims I throw off his comedy meter when he’s testing new jokes because he can’t tell if what he said is actually funny… or if I’m just laughing at everything.
Of course, I do think he’s a brilliant comedian.
But I’ll admit — I laugh easily.
Why not?
Feel good now.
Don’t take life too seriously.
Laugh easily.
Throw off everyone’s comedy meter.
Be that person who laughs all the time — even when life seems determined to hand you the serious script.
And if you can, look for the funny side of situations, even when it hides beneath a few layers.
Feel good now.
Laughter is medicine.
It releases those delicious brain chemicals that melt tension and open the heart.
It spreads, too — the people around you can’t help but feel lighter.
So laugh freely. Laugh loudly. Laugh often.
And when you do, remember…
Don’t let anyone else laugh after you.
ALWAYS get the last laugh.
(Just kidding.)
Feel good now.
And if you see something funny today, send it my way.
With love and laughter,
Jack
