Feel good now.
Maybe by thinking a thought that feels good.
“It’s really nice that I have a few moments to sit quietly and read something from Jack. My life is actually going pretty well. I’m happy with X, Y, and Z…”
Or maybe by doing something simple you enjoy.
“I think I’ll have a cup of tea and read a book.”
(That’s exactly what I’m going to do as soon as I finish writing this letter.)
Feel good now.
It doesn’t have to be anything heroic…
Or difficult…
Or mysterious…
Or mystical…
Or magical…
Or miraculous.
Feeling good now can be as simple as knowing what you like…
and doing that.
Feel good now.
Any time you remember.
Because the small, simple, easy, feel-good moments we gift ourselves are the ones that build into a blissful, miraculous life.
Now, I’m off on a quest for the right tea to pair with a burrito and an epic fantasy romance novel,
Jack
