Feel good now.
The old port of Marseille was bustling at dusk.
We had just left the apartment and were wandering down cobblestone streets toward the fort.
I was a little cranky.
Tired from a long day of travel, wanting nothing more than to flop onto the Airbnb bed and shut my eyes for ten minutes. Or ten hours.
I definitely didn’t want to go out for a walk.
But the others were going, and some part of me knew…
It would feel good now.
Just as soon as I got past the sticky cobwebs of resistance.
So as we stepped out of the building, I said out loud:
“Source, show me a sign to justify me leaving the apartment.”
And immediately—ha.
The very first thing I saw:
A ferryboat sitting right beside the quay.
The Edmond Dantès.
Named after the main character of The Count of Monte Cristo, the exact book Belle and I have been reading aloud to each other for months.
Of course.
So obvious.
Just for me.
Feel good now.
Later, sitting on the wall of the old fort, watching a thirty-minute orange-and-pink light show of a sunset, I was very glad I’d left the apartment.
I should have known.
I DID know.
Sometimes I feel resistance before making a choice…
Even when I have a strong intuition it will feel good.
But as we practice feeling good now, we get to know ourselves more deeply.
We learn the difference between:
actual “no”, and
temporary emotional weather that passes the moment we start moving.
That inner knowing becomes one of the most powerful guides in your life.
And my sunset walk in Marseille was another reminder.
It’s okay to be a little cranky.
It’s okay to ask for a sign.
And it’s okay to let the universe wink back.
So…
If you needed a sign, let this be it:
Feel good now.
Make feeling good a priority.
Get really good at feeling good now.
If you want support anchoring this as your baseline, the Bliss Blueprint teaches a simple 10-minute daily practice to recalibrate your mind and energy to that natural feel-good flow.
Get so good at feeling good that—even on a cranky day—you know exactly what to do:
Ask for a sign.
Go for a walk.
Watch a sunset.
Let the universe line up magic for you.
