Feel good now.
One of my favorite ways to feel good now is through the power of gratitude.
Earlier today I was walking slow circles around the pool, just talking out loud to the universe — listing some of the many things I’m grateful for.
I’m grateful for my healthy, strong body.
I’m grateful for an amazing family around me, full of people I love.
I’m grateful for a home where I wake up surrounded by natural beauty.
I’m grateful for my imagination and the worlds it lets me visit.
I’m grateful for the books I write and the deep flow states they give me.
I’m grateful for my recent #1 bestseller.
I’m grateful for the many people across the world who read my books and meditate with my videos.
I’m grateful for how much the universe has taught me these last few years.
I’m grateful for my sense of humor — it keeps my heart light.
I’m grateful that I learned the power of feeling good now.
Feel good now.
It’s easy to feel good when you bring so many wonderful things into your awareness.
Try it.
Talk out loud to the universe.
Say ten things you appreciate.
Say a hundred things.
Don’t hold back.
Overflow with gratitude.
Enter that frequency — the frequency of “so much is going right for me” and “I live in abundance.”
And guess what?
When we radiate that frequency…
The world reflects it back to us.
Feel good now.
